Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Potent order. This is our return and refund policy for supplements and botanical extracts bought on potentorigin.com. It explains how to request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-13.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of the item

Because our products are consumable supplements, items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

Returns shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

How to request a refund

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We answer within 2 business days and will send you return instructions.

Please do not send products back before contacting us, so we can match the return to your order.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show it.

Because purchases are one-time charges and not subscriptions, there are no future charges to cancel.

Damaged, wrong or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, with a broken safety seal, or with the wrong item, or if it is lost in transit, follow the steps in our Shipping Policy and we will resend or refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
